If I were to make a list of the ministries and resources that have influenced and changed my family the most, Vision Forum would be at #2 or #3. The following are some of my favorite Vision Forum resources for young ladies:

So Much More by the Botkin sisters is the book for encouragement and guidance for young ladies to not just survive, but thrive while living against the cultural tide of the twenty-first century.

The Return of the Daughters is a follow-up documentary by the Botkin sisters to their book So Much More. The interviews of several amazing young ladies provide new hope and vision. They discuss the challenges and opportunities facing Christian young women who are striving to live out Scripture in every area of their lives.

Mother by Kathleen Norris is a reprinted novel about a young woman who learns the beauty of home and family. The introduction by editor Jennie Chancey is another excellent reminder of the importance found in the people that surround us.

Jennie B. and the Pilot: This audio talk given at one of the Father and Daughter Retreats is the story of a woman who journeyed from loving homemaking, to staunch feminist, and back home again. (Jennie Chancey's retelling of her story alone is inspiring, but my personal experiences with her have imprinted the lessons even further. She truly lives and breathes the grandeur and simple beauties of home.)
